Returns

Can I return my order?
Yes. You may return your order within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with the items.

Conditions for returns:

  • The order must include all original parts, components, accessories, manuals, and packaging, exactly as received.

  • Products must show only normal handling. Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care are not eligible.

  • Products where hygiene is important (e.g., intimates, personal-care items, earrings, etc.) must be unused and/or thoroughly cleaned (as applicable) before being returned; hygiene seals (if any) must be intact.

  • Any item that is defective on arrival must be reported immediately upon receipt.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Returns are processed within 7 working days of receipt and officially acknowledged within this timeframe.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if an item appears used, altered, or damaged through no fault of our own.

How to Return Your Order

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us: support@somianlife.com

  2. Include in your email:

    • Order number

    • Reason for the return request

    • Photo(s) of the product if damaged or defective

    • Your full name

    • Your shipping address

  3. We will reply with the correct return address and instructions. Please do not send returns to the sender’s address on the parcel.

  4. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage.

Right of Withdrawal (where applicable)

If you are a consumer purchasing for non-commercial purposes in a jurisdiction that provides a right of withdrawal (e.g., EU/EEA), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you (or a third party, excluding the carrier) received the last item in your order.

  • As orders are processed and shipped automatically, cancellation before shipment is not possible.

  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, email support@somianlife.com with a clear statement of your decision to cancel.

  • The withdrawal becomes effective once we have received the returned goods. Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

  • If goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible until you receive the items; you may notify us in advance of your intention to cancel.

  • Please send us the return shipment confirmation/tracking to help speed up processing.

Consequences of Withdrawal

  • Upon a valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you for the returned items, excluding delivery costs (unless the delivery was faulty or delayed due to our error).

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving both your cancellation notice and the returned goods.

  • Refunds are made via the same payment method used at checkout, unless otherwise agreed. We do not charge fees for processing refunds.

Important

  • All returns must be sent to our central warehouse (address provided upon approval of your return request).

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Items returned without prior authorization may experience processing delays.
