After processing, standard delivery to U.S. addresses typically takes 8–12 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, carrier volume, and seasonal demand.

How to Place an Order

  2. Review & Checkout
    Verify your selections, then click “Checkout.”

  3. Shipping Details
    Enter your full name, shipping address, and contact email/phone carefully to avoid delays.

  4. Shipping Method
    Review your address and shipping option. Standard shipping is free on all orders.

  5. Payment
    Choose from major credit/debit cards and digital wallets (e.g., PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay) where available.
    All payments are processed via secure, SSL-encrypted gateways.

  6. Place Order
    Click “Complete Order.” You’ll be redirected if additional steps are needed for your chosen payment method.

Shipping Your Order

To keep pricing fair and sustainable, we sometimes consolidate parcels and ship in efficient batch runs once minimum shipment quantities are reached.

Orders are fulfilled promptly and dispatched as soon as processing is complete.

Origin & Duties

Some items may ship directly from our overseas partner facilities.
If your order ships from outside the U.S., any customs duties or import taxes (if assessed) are the customer’s responsibility.
These charges are uncommon for most apparel and accessory orders but may occur depending on local regulations.


Tracking & Notifications

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Please note: Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.


Address Accuracy & Changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If you need to update your address after ordering, email us at support@somianlife.com as soon as possible.
We’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipped.


Delivery Attempts & Boxes

Carriers may leave packages at a secure location if no one is available.
We can generally ship to residential and business addresses, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses (note: longer transit times may apply).


Split Shipments

To get your items to you faster, your order may ship in multiple packages at no extra cost.
You’ll receive separate tracking numbers (where available) for each parcel.


Delays & Service Alerts

High seasonal demand, carrier capacity, weather events, or global supply chain conditions can occasionally cause unexpected delays.

If your order is past the estimated window and tracking hasn’t updated, please contact us—we’ll investigate with the carrier and keep you informed.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Damaged on Arrival

Please email support@somianlife.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item.

Marked Delivered but Not Received

  • Check with neighbors, household members, or building management.

  • Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark deliveries early).

  • If still missing, contact us so we can assist with a carrier trace.

Resolutions may include a replacement or refund, in line with our policy and carrier investigation outcomes.
